This research is related to the Management of Baitul Mustaghfirin Al-Amir Mosque in religious activities. The purpose this study was determine management mosque activities and find out supporting inhibiting factors at Mosque, Jalan Mahoni Psr II Timur, Bandar klippa Village, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. type a qualitative with descriptive approach. Data obtained by using observation, interviews documentation. Based on that carries functions, namely planning organizing activities, compiling allocating schedules, assigning tasks, carrying planned these functions are naturally carried facilitate Carrying or as place for various not just ritual worship. In there several become obstacles including: 1) Lack awareness routinely monitor participate 2) There those who work until late night, so they rarely activities.
